1. Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a valid credit card guarantee. Minimum Stay: Some seasons may require a minimum stay. Please check the specific requirements during your booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservations up to [X] days before check-in without penalty. Cancellations made within [14] days will incur a charge of one night's room rate. Non-Refundable Rates: If you choose a non-refundable rate, your reservation cannot be canceled or modified without charge.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

5. Guest Identification

ID Verification: A valid ID must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.

6. Smoking Policy

No Smoking: No Smoking Inside Rooms: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas of the property. Smoking is permitted only in private outdoor areas, such as balconies and courtyards. A cleaning fee of €150 will be charged if smoking inside the rooms or indoor areas is detected.

7. Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Options: Pets are allowed in designated rooms for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

8. Liability

Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

9. Children & Age Restrictions Policy

Age Restrictions: Some of our rooms have age restrictions and are not suitable for children below the specified age limit. Guests are kindly requested to carefully check the room description and age restrictions before making a reservation. If guests arrive with children who do not meet the applicable age requirements and this was not declared correctly during the booking process, the property reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the selected room type.
