1. Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation:

A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a valid credit card guarantee.

Minimum Stay:

Some seasons may require a minimum stay. Please check the specific requirements during your booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Guests may cancel their reservations up to 14 days before check-in without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a charge of the downpayment.

Non-Refundable Rates:

If you choose a non-refundable rate, your reservation cannot be canceled or modified without charge.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time:

Check-in starts at 15:00. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability.

Check-Out Time:

Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

4. Payments

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards and cash. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.

According to greek legislation we do not accept cash payments for bookings exceeding 500 EUR. For bookings of 500 EUR or less, cash may be accepted at our discretion and must be paid in full prior to the check-out date.

Incidental Holds:

A hold for incidental charges will be placed on your credit card upon check-in.

5. Guest Identification

ID Verification:

A valid ID must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.

6. Smoking Policy

No Smoking:

Our hotel is smoke-free. Potential violations will be penalized.

7. Liability

Damage and Loss:

Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
