1. Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a valid credit card guarantee. Minimum Stay: Some seasons may require a minimum stay. Please check the specific requirements during your booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservations up to 10 days before check-in without penalty. Cancellations made within 9 days will incur a charge of one night's room rate. Non-Refundable Rates: If you choose a non-refundable rate, your reservation cannot be canceled or modified without charge.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 15:00. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

4. Payments

5. Guest Identification

ID Verification: A valid ID must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.
