1. Reservation Policy
Reservations Ways:** You can fix your reservations from our website (www.portokoufovillas.com), or you can send us email also you can communicate with us with Whatsup /viber /sms ,also you can find us at booking or Airbnb. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a valid credit card guarantee. Through Bank transfer ,we communicate by e-mail and after depositing an advance paymentor repayment to our cooperating bank, when the amount appears we respond you with theconfirmation of your reservation,if there is if there is a balance, it is paid upon your arrival (our communication is possible via email/viber/whatsapp/sms/fb/instagram). Minimum Stay: Some seasons may require a minimum stay. Please check the specific requirements during your booking process. Reservations prices: Accommodation prices are calculated for accommodation of 4 adults per residence, the 5th and 6th person is charged extra as follows: 0 – 5 free charge, 5- 12 1/2 adult charge & 12+ as an adult.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation: For the cancellation policies, you are informed of what is in force from the respective booking source you choose.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 15.00-21.00. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 07.00-10.00. **Shared Quiet hours:**Shared Quiet hours starts at 15.00-18.00
4. Payments
** Accepted Payment Methods:** For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: by bank transfer (charge of transfer costs), by card (visa, credit, debit) through the Attica bank account (1.5% surcharge) and with PayPal (3% charge) **Please note that all listed prices include a 0.5% Municipal Tax. **Our prices do not include the climate change resilience tax and you collect it upon your arrival at the accommodation at a cost of 8 euros per night/per house. Incidental Holds: A hold for incidental charges will be placed on your credit card upon check-in.
5. Guest Identification
ID Verification: Necessary information for your reservation is ID or Passport ,Mobile phone , Home address , Contact email. A valid ID must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.
6. Smoking Policy
No Smoking: We inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the house. (there are smoke sensors).
7. Pet Policy
Pet-Friendly Options: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, because the configuration of the common areas does not allow it.
8. Liability
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
9. Regulations
House Rules & Safety: Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors both in the pool area and in the rest of the complex.Parties are not allowed in the complex, and in general your stay presupposes respect for your neighbors. **Pool Rules:**We recommend that you take a shower before your entry as well as upon your exit.Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in the pool area.There is a net to clean the suspended particles and if you want the bottom tobe cleaned, you can notify us so that a robotic vacuum can be cleaned during your absence. Electricity Usage: There is an energy card which should be removed when leaving the house so that energy is not consumed unnecessarily.If you switch the electric water heater from the power panel, please remember to turn off the electric water heater after the water you need is heated.
