1. Reservation Policy
Booking Confirmation:** A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a valid credit card guarantee. Minimum Stay: Some seasons may require a minimum stay. Please check the specific requirements during your booking process.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 21 days before check-in without penalty. For cancellations made within less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit (30% of the total reservation cost) is non-refundable
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 15:00. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
4. Payments
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified. Incidental Holds: A hold for incidental charges will be placed on your credit card upon check-in.
5. Guest Identification
ID Verification: A valid ID must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.
6. Smoking Policy
No Smoking: For safety and health reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites and in all common outdoor areas/gardens due to the surrounding pine trees and high fire risk. Smoking is only permitted on your suite's private terrace. Please use the provided ashtrays. A deep cleaning fee of €200 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the suite.
7. Child Policy
Adults Only (12+): Due to the absence of specialized children's facilities and safety infrastructure, our property is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. We strive to maintain a quiet and safe environment for all our guests.
8. Pet Policy
No Pets Allowed : Although we are great animal lovers, our property is currently not equipped to accommodate pets. Therefore, we maintain a no-pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and the preservation of our suites."
9. Liability
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
